As we know that unless you gave the wrong error number Rim reports this as not having a Data plan, it is possible the service books are not properly loaded. In order to use BlackBerry App World, a data plan is required for the BlackBerry smartphone.
1. Verify that the BlackBerry smartphone is provisioned correctly for data services. If the BlackBerry smartphone is not provisioned for data services, contact your wireless service provider. If the issue persists after the BlackBerry smartphone has been provisioned, please move on to step 2.
2. Complete the following steps to clear the service book database:
1. Make sure that your BlackBerry smartphone is connected to your computer.
2. Open the BlackBerry® Desktop Manager and double-click Backup and Restore.
3. In the Backup and Restore window, click Advanced.
4. In the list of Device databases, select Service Book, then click Clear.
5. In the Warning window, click OK.
6. Click Close.
