Clear Outlook Calendar or Contacts of Items synchronized from Blackberry

1. In Outlook, select view-current view-define views (location will vary depending on version).
2. Select new and name it debug and select OK
3. Select fields and under address or appointment fields select modified
4. select Apply View
5. Sort by modified field
6. All the items that were imported from the Blackberry should have the same modified date. Confirm that these are the correct items and delete them
Enable Wireless Synchronization
5. On the hand-held Home screen, click the Address Book or calendar. In the Address Book, click the track-wheel and select Options.
6. On the Address Book Options screen, next to Wireless Synchronization, select No.
7. Click the track-wheel and select Change Option.
8. Select Yes.
Click the track-wheel and select Save.
