1. Sign in to Options> Advanced Options> Host Routing Table> select the top then press Blackberry logo and select “register now”
2. Sign in to Options> Mobile Network> Network Selection Mode> change to the manual
3. Select another service, press the Blackberry logo> save
4. Remove batteries
5. Repeat step 1, change to automation
