1. If a message is automatically moved to a PST file it will never go to the device.
2. If a message is deleted while the device was turned off or out of coverage, it will never go to the device.
3. Ensure that under the filters page the WHEN NONE OF THE ABOVE RULES APPLY setting is set to forward messages to the handheld. Because if it is set to the other one no messages sent to a DL will go to the device as they are not addressed to the user. And if they have both of the Default filters unchecked and the bottom is the other one nothing will go. They may have other filters set up.
BIS - Black Berry Internet Service = email service provided by the respective carrier; Air tel, Aircel, Verizon, Vodafone, etc, etc... BES - Black Berry Enterprise Server = email service provided by a server ran by a company. For example by your employer..
